Do the fonts in PowerPoint seem to change on different computers?

Embed your fonts in a presentation on a Mac

An irritating problem where the fonts in PowerPoint seem to change when they move between computers and we gave you a solution for PCs. Here’s a work around for you Mac users out there…

In PowerPoint for Mac, there is no option to embed fonts within the presentation, however a nifty way to avoid fonts changing on different machines is to save your final presentation slides as JPEGs, and then insert them onto your slides. If you do not use actions in your presentation, then this option works well.

If your presentation does have animation, then you’ll need to do a bit of fiddling; save the JPEGs of each “frame” of the animation, then, in your final presentation, display those JPEGS in the order you’d like the animation to appear.

Remember, if your presentation includes lots of JPEGs, then the file size will increase.
