In the past, if you wanted to include a screen image in your document you had to use the Print Screen button and which would include the entire window, even if you only wanted a small section and, if you had the time, start cropping out the bits you didn’t want…

1. With screen clipping you can select just the area you want to

2. On the Insert tab, select screenshot
and then screen clipping. The system will revert to the last viewed window and present you
with a crosshair cursor
3. Simply select the portion of the window you wish to copy and it will be automatically inserted in your document at the point where the cursor is placed currently!
